Train and fine-tune foundation models for enterprise use cases
Build and maintain distributed training pipelines and data infrastructure
Contribute to applied research in reasoning and post-training techniques
Ship production-quality code used by customers
Qualification
Required
Hands-on LLM and or VLM training experience
Experience with distributed training and training infrastructure
Strong Python with PyTorch, or JAX or TensorFlow
Ability to ship reliable production code
2–5 years industry experience, senior profiles welcome
Exceptional recent graduates considered with extensive hands-on training work
Preferred
Model optimization experience
Founder or early-stage startup background
Experience at a leading AI research lab
