Responsibilities
Prepare documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
Serving as the point of contact for clients and vendors
Acting as the liaison between the Sales Office and clients throughout the event process (pre-event, event, post-event)
Create a safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Uphold quality standards
Ensure uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other employees and departments
Support team to reach common goals
Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance
Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time
Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
