Oversee and guide the unification of two existing product teams into a consolidated, efficient, and cloud-aligned capability
Evaluate current architectures, workflows, and areas of technical debt
Develop a comprehensive integration and modernization plan that outlines risks, dependencies, opportunities for efficiency, architectural recommendations, and a phased implementation approach for leadership approval
Drive collaboration across engineering teams, customer stakeholders, and vendor partners
Qualification
Required
Hands-on AWS experience
Strong knowledge of supporting and integrating COTS products
Ability to drive collaboration across engineering teams, customer stakeholders, and vendor partners
Strategic vision and practical technical leadership
Preferred
