Qualification
Required
Strong Project Coordination and Analytical skills to manage projects effectively and monitor their progress
Exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
Excellent Communication skills for client engagement, team collaboration, and project discussions
Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Ability to work on-site in Clearwater, MN, and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
Preferred
Additional qualifications, such as a background in construction or building materials, knowledge of the industry, and familiarity with design and construction processes, are highly desirable
