Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of initiatives impacting Business Continuity / Disaster Recover compliance and improvement to ensure program capabilities
Develop and deliver some initiative/deliverables such as a Disaster Recover Policy and Procedure
Build the remediation plan, ensure the execution, report the progress / escalation, and build the final submission package
Qualification
Required
Effective project management skills and proven experience leading and delivering projects
Years of experience: 5-7 years, with several years of experience in the financial services industry preferably in Business Continuity Planning and / or Disaster Recovery capacity
Working knowledge of US financial services regulatory requirements associated with Operational Resilience, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery
Must be detail oriented, ability to work independently, and have strong organizational skills
Experience writing policy and procedure documents
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Track project milestones and deliverables
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Must be able to interact and work efficiently and effectively with all staff across the organization
Strong verbal / written communications
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project)
Preferred
Big 4 consulting or equivalent experience is a plus
