Expertise in Process Automation and Automation workflows to optimize productivity and efficiency
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving to identify and address system challenges effectively
Experience in creating and executing Test Cases to evaluate functionality and performance
Strong background in Quality Assurance to maintain standards and ensure consistency
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote and collaborative team environment
Experience in content architecture or enablement tools is a plus
Qualification
Required
