Senior Recruiter - Electrical Contracting
Enterprise Electrical is a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor specializing in design-build projects. The Senior Recruiter plays a critical role in building strong teams by leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for various roles across a multi-state workforce, ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.

Responsibilities
Serve as a strategic recruiting partner for hiring managers, field leadership, and department heads
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support
Recruit for a wide range of roles including Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and corporate support positions
Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, culture fit, availability, and alignment with project needs
Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions
Utilize multiple sourcing strategies including job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and direct outreach
Promote and manage the employee referral program in alignment with company guidelines
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines, hiring timelines, and market conditions
Ensure a professional, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the applicant tracking system and ensure the recruitment tracker is consistently updated with current candidate and requisition status
Ensure recruiting activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and efficiency
Track and support recruiting metrics such as time to fill, source effectiveness, and quality of hire
Assist with workforce planning efforts in coordination with operations and project leadership
Support the Director of Talent Acquisition with special initiatives, projects, or strategic recruiting efforts as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent recruiting experience
Minimum of 7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience recruiting within construction, skilled trades, electrical contracting, or industrial environments
Experience supporting high-volume and multi-state hiring
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Ability to maintain professionalism, composure, and a high level of emotional intelligence when communicating with individuals at all levels, including during high-pressure or sensitive situations
Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and calendar management skills with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines and being punctual and prepared for meetings
High sense of urgency and accountability
Strong judgment and decision-making skills
Ability to build credibility and trust with leadership and field teams
Adaptability to changing business needs and project timelines

Preferred
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
SHRM-CP or PHR certifications are a plus but not required
