Responsibilities

Configure and customize BIOVIA ELN workflows, templates, and protocols to meet business requirements

Integrate ELN with other systems such as LIMS, PLM, ERP, and scientific instruments

Develop and maintain scripts, APIs, and connectors for data exchange

Ensure compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and other regulatory standards

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ELN configuration and performance

Collaborate with scientists, IT, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions

Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and operational guidelines

Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders

Required

Strong hands-on experience with BIOVIA ELN configuration and customization

Knowledge of scientific workflows and R&D processes in pharma/biotech or chemicals

Experience with system integration (LIMS, ERP, instruments) and API development

Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, and web technologies

Understanding of regulatory compliance (GxP, Part 11)

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment

Preferred

Experience with other BIOVIA products (Pipeline Pilot, LIMS)

Relevant certifications in BIOVIA or ELN technologies

Exposure to cloud-based deployments and security best practices
