Responsibilities
Contribute to meaningful, project-based work aligned with department goals
Collect, analyze, and report on data to support decision-making
Develop process documentation, insights, and recommendations
Participate in team meetings, shadowing, and cross-functional collaboration
Partner with peers on a Core Project with clear deliverables and deliver a final presentation to team leaders or executives
Collaborate on projects, processes, and system enhancements or automation
Participate in professional development and networking/engagement opportunities
Engage with other interns and cross-functional teams
Support their department’s day-to-day projects, gaining practical experience in their functional area
Qualification
Required
Currently a junior in college/university
Expected to graduate Dec 2026 – May 2027
Pursuing a degree in Risk Management & Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Liberal Arts
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
Experience and ability to make decisions, problem solve, plan, prioritize, and organize
Excellent customer service skills
Preferred
Preferred GPA: 3.0+
