Responsibilities
Design, build, and enhance enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform best practices
Develop both Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps integrated with multiple data sources
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional designs and technical solutions
Manage application lifecycle activities including development, testing, deployment, and production support
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support
Administer Power Platform environments and support SDLC and ALM processes
Create technical and user-facing documentation to support adoption and maintainability
Collaborate closely with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
Contribute to knowledge sharing and mentoring as Power Platform adoption expands
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience delivering enterprise applications in regulated or complex environments
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
Power Automate
Power BI
Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with data sources such as SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Oracle, and Dataverse
Strong understanding of Dataverse, connectors, application security, and data governance
Working knowledge of DAX, JavaScript, C#, and TypeScript
Experience with application monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support
Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall SDLC methodologies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business partners
Preferred
Data modeling and solution architecture design
Azure AD, Azure Storage, and PowerShell
Azure DevOps, Logic Apps, Data Factory, Dataflows
Power Apps Data Gateways
Financial services or banking industry experience
