Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing materials and products through chemical testing methods to ensure compliance with quality standards
Support the development, implementation, and refinement of quality control procedures and protocols
Collaborate with the Quality Engineering team to identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
Conduct experiments and trials to evaluate new materials, formulations, or process modifications
Maintain laboratory equipment, perform routine calibration, and ensure proper documentation of test results
Bring innovative ideas and a chemistry-based perspective to ongoing quality initiatives and problem-solving efforts
Participate in cross-functional meetings, providing insights and data to support continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized laboratory environment
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
Strong foundation in chemical principles and laboratory techniques
Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Curiosity, creativity, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Preferred
Prior experience with chemical testing methods and lab equipment
