Responsibilities
Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and condition against documentation
Prepare and stage materials for production and outgoing shipments
Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment and manual handling techniques
Ensure materials are labeled, organized, and stored in designated locations
Pull materials from inventory to support production needs
Return unused materials to proper storage locations
Assist with basic inventory tracking and organization
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
Support production teams by moving raw materials and finished goods as needed
Perform visual inspections of materials to ensure quality and accuracy
Follow all safety procedures and company policies when handling materials and equipment
Qualification
Required
Physical stamina to perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Basic understanding of warehouse or production workflows
Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or general labor roles
Preferred
Forklift or material handling equipment experience (preferred but not required)
Familiarity with inventory systems or basic recordkeeping
Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment
