Assist with inbound calls from patients
Perform data entry tasks
Provide customer service
Utilize medical terminology and understand patient demographics
Verify HMO insurance and assist with patient services
Qualification
Required
Experience with administration duties (non-clinical) within a call center or medical front office setting assisting with inbound calls from patients
2+ years of experience in the industry
Ability to perform repetitive work and assist patients via telephone
Clear understanding of how HMOs work within a medical group or health system
Skills in data entry, customer service, medical terminology, and patient demographics
Preferred
Experience with HMO Insurance
Experience with Insurance Verification
Experience in Patient Services
