Responsibilities
Championing a "Process-First" and "Fit-to-Standard" approach to minimize costly system customizations
Identifying where business needs diverge from standard SAP capabilities and recommending functional solutions
Acting as the primary translator between department heads (Finance, Supply Chain, etc.) and the technical implementation partners
Managing workstream deliverables, identifying risks/bottlenecks, and ensuring milestones are hit
Leading the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process, including script development and system readiness validation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of Business Analyst experience, including at least one full-lifecycle SAP implementation
Proficiency in SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, or SD) and familiarity with SAP Fiori
Proven experience working within Agile or Waterfall frameworks using tools like Jira or MS Project
Demonstrated analytical thinking and the ability to explain technical complexities to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Hands-on experience with SAP Activate Methodology and a direct S/4HANA implementation (rather than just legacy ECC)
SAP Certified Application Associate (S/4HANA)
PMI-PBA or PMP certification
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
Strong negotiation skills, specifically in the context of managing expectations between business units and IT
