Responsibilities
Answering high-volume inbound phone calls to schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient customer interactions
Scheduling service maintenance, breakdown repairs, and new equipment installations in coordination with clients and technicians
Managing inbound email and web portal inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to clients
Making outbound calls to existing clients to confirm appointments and follow up on service needs
Assisting the sales team by reporting and tracking sales performance, educating clients about our products and services, and scheduling sales appointments
Acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams to facilitate clear communication and ensure customer needs are met efficiently
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a similar role
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think critically and solve problems promptly
Proficiency with computers and CRM software
Quick learning curve for new systems
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Tactfully handle challenging situations
Flexibility in availability, including evenings and weekends
