Responsibilities
Assist with onsite events
Assist with venue site visits
Assist with the project management of customer engagement programs including events’ details such as venue, decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material
Manage RSVP lists
Assist with creative requests
Inventory management and shipping swag to other offices and clients
Qualification
Required
Interest in event planning
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines
Go-getter and willing to go the extra mile
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates flexibility/resourcefulness - find imaginative and practical solutions and make well-considered decisions
Excellent computer skills (G-Suite, Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
