Responsibilities
Operate machinery to manufacture medical devices according to specifications
Follow work instructions and update production documentation for traceability
Prepare finished products for packaging and sterilization
Inspect components and products using a microscope
Maintain full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Set up coating machines, apply coatings, and perform detailed inspections
Prepare and test polymer and spray coating formulations
Package sterile and non‑sterile goods
Identify, organize, and replenish supplies as needed
Build sub‑assemblies and components for higher‑level work orders
Complete routine cleanroom cleaning and maintenance tasks
Qualification
Required
Medium proficiency in English
Comfortable working with chemicals
Willingness to work overtime as needed
1+ year of experience in medical device manufacturing (microscope experience strongly preferred)
Familiarity with cleanroom protocols, including gowning/de-gowning
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience with microscope inspections is a plus
Openness to weekend work due to increased production demand
