Responsibilities
Study, understand, and follow assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, job travelers, facility procedures, and parts lists
Position parts and subassemblies using templates or by reading measurements
Report assembly, equipment, material, and/or quality problems to obtain additional resources or direction
Complete preventive maintenance according to the schedule and instructions
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with PPE procedures, work rules, and regulations
Document actions by completing production and quality forms
Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks or rotating through different processes/jobs as required or directed
Operate per established company policies
Qualification
Required
Ability to read and interpret schematics and assembly documents
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools
Prior electrical/electronic wiring
Experience in wire harness and electrical assembly
Preferred
Experience in PCB assembly and soldering
Telecommunication work experience
Strong work history with long tenures at places of employment
