Money Metals Exchange LLC is seeking a Customer Service Specialist/Administrative Assistant to support customers with a range of situations. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, assisting with their accounts, and coordinating with various departments to fulfill customer requests.

Filing and general office tasks
Communicating and coordinating with several internal departments
Keeping customer interaction and transaction records, performing customer verifications, applications, forms and requests

Required

High school or Equivalent
A minimum of 1 year of experience in office administration / customer service
Must pass thorough background screening - including criminal and credit check and drug test
Ability to manage multiple tasks, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation
Knowledge of oral communications issues and ability to express oneself and communicate with others verbally and appropriately
Making and receiving phone calls
Communicating via Email
Ability to learn processes and technology quickly
Detailed oriented and highly organized
Filing and general office tasks
Communicating and coordinating with several internal departments
Keeping customer interaction and transaction records, performing customer verifications, applications, forms and requests
