Qualification
Required
Must possess a 2-year Associate's (4-year Bachelor's degree preferred) from a nationally accredited US institution
Assist in identifying, developing, and managing relationships with new customers, as well as nurturing relationships with current customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to speak with potential and existing customers via phone, email, trade shows, or other events
Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed
Willingness to learn and be adaptable to varying situations and requirements
Attention to detail is a must
Must be exceedingly well-organized
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated experience working with minimal supervision or direction
Preferred
Experience as a Sales Assistant/Coordinator and prior knowledge of the workings of a manufacturing company is a plus
Prior experience with an ERP system is a significant plus
