Responsibilities
Build and scale API integrations with third-party platforms (including healthcare systems)
Own integration projects from kickoff through production delivery
Design backend services and data pipelines supporting real customer workflows
Work directly with vendors and customer technical teams
Improve reliability, observability, and performance of integration systems
Partner with product and engineering on integration roadmap and architecture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience
Experience building production API integrations or distributed services
Strong ownership and ability to drive projects end to end
Comfort working with external partners or customers
Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar backend languages
Experience with asynchronous workflows or data pipelines
Preferred
Experience with Epic, Cerner, Athena, or similar platforms
Familiarity with FHIR or HL7
Experience in startup or fast-growing environments
