Deputy Chief, Economic Development
The City of New York is seeking a Deputy Chief for the Economic Development Division of the Law Department. The role involves managing attorneys and staff, structuring and negotiating real estate and public sector transactions, and providing counsel to senior officials.

Qualification
Required
At least 10 years of legal experience following graduation from an ABA accredited law school
Admitted to the practice of law in New York State
Excellent academic credentials
Significant corporate, real estate or other transactional experience
Ability to work independently or supervise others, as appropriate to the scale and complexity of the transaction
Prior management experience
Experience working with senior decision makers
