Customer Service Rep - Brandon
Brown Bottling Group is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly, professional voice our customers hear first. The role involves handling incoming calls, processing beverage and service orders, and supporting customers with their questions and requests.

Qualification
Required
1 year (minimum) of customer service experience
Ability to use 10 key by touch to input data
Understanding of proper phone etiquette and friendly voice
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to communicate clearly
Ability to type at a speed necessary to accurately process a high volume of service orders in a timely manner
Excellent communication with negotiation skill and a positive attitude
