Responsibilities
Work with Cottonwood management to develop scope of work documents and plans
Serve as an additional point of contact with AbilityOne, Source America, and Cottonwood staff regarding requirements
Perform, schedule, train, review, and monitor work to ensure progress is within expected guidelines and completed on time
Mentor and provide support to other team members
Organize and conduct Production Associate team meetings. (includes training and all policy updates)
Identify roles of ancillary team members and any training requirements needed to meet AbilityOne program requirements
Assist in identifying internal and external resources and in budget development
Actively recruit participants to work on AbilityOne contracts and design outreach materials
Work with potential participants to obtain and update medical documentation to certify eligibility for the AbilityOne program
Complete AbilityOne required forms (DQD,PEI,QEM) for all participants and maintain documentation as per regulations
Serve as a case manager for Production Associates, addressing barriers and accommodations to work
Promote area-wide relationships for recruitment and promotion of Cottonwood Industries
Point of contact for all Cottonwood mandatory training and completion of required documentation
Additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Four-year college degree in rehabilitation, human services, or behavioral sciences
3 - 5 years of experience
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Preferred
Familiarity with area non-profits
