Responsibilities
Tactical Execution: Take direct ownership of project workstreams as assigned, ensuring every task, milestone, and deliverable is executed with precision and on schedule
Operational Infrastructure: Build and maintain the "source of truth" for all initiatives, including detailed project plans, RAID logs, and resource trackers that reflect real-time progress
Executive-Grade Materials: Produce professional, high-quality PowerPoint decks and communication assets. You must be able to thoughtfully distill complex project data into clean, visual narratives tailored for various leadership levels
Standardization & Playbooks: Document processes and create repeatable execution playbooks (e.g., for M&A or Org changes) to ensure that successful outcomes can be replicated as the business scales
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the central point of contact for project teams, managing dependencies across Finance, Tech, and Procurement to ensure "the doing" stays aligned with the strategic intent
Dynamic Reporting: Maintain real-time visibility into project health, providing data-driven insights and status updates that allow leadership to make informed decisions quickly
Meeting & Progress Management: Facilitate project meetings, capture key decisions, and ensure rigorous follow-through on all action items
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience
10+ Years of High-Stakes PM Experience: Proven track record of managing complex, fast-moving projects in a global technology or finance environment
Hands-on experience or functional knowledge of Finance and Procurement systems, specifically Coupa, Oracle, Aravo, and Concur
Expert in PowerPoint and G Slides, with a 'design eye' and the ability to structure information logically for executive consumption
Power user of Smartsheet (formulas, reports, dashboards), G sheets and/or Jira
Ability to take a large volume of information and distill it into a professional and clear format that can be elevated to different leader levels
You are a 'doer' who finds satisfaction in checking the boxes, closing the loops, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Ability to pivot quickly as directions change, maintaining a positive and productive pace in a dynamic environment
Experience with building standards within the M&A integrations
