Responsibilities
Assisting setting up and running the fabrication equipment and machinery
Performing some MIG and a little bit of TIG welding
Working from blueprints and using various measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers
Test and troubleshoot products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
Use a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to perform assembly and testing tasks
Qualification
Required
Experience in welding is a plus!
Machine operating or fabrication experience
Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
Reading and interpreting blueprints
Ability to lift up to 60+ pounds
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Capability to work in a manufacturing environment
