Quality Engineer I

Responsibilities
Evaluate and write nonconformance reports (NCRs) for product quality issues
Lead and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) and other quality-related projects
Perform data analysis to identify trends and escalate quality signals
Collaborate and communicate with both internal and external customers to resolve issues and drive quality improvements
Support and author documentation including test methods, work instructions, and inspection procedures
Qualification
Required
Engineering degree or a science-based degree with 2–3 years of engineering experience
0–1 years of experience in an engineering role (recent graduates welcome)
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred
Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g., medical device, pharma, aerospace)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Proficiency in tools such as Minitab, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
Familiarity with Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
