Responsibilities

Lead the production, assembly, and testing of electrical components for aerospace and defense systems
Ensure compliance with key standards: AS9100, IPC-610/620, MIL-STD-461/704, and FAA regulations
Partner with design engineers to transition products from prototype to full-scale production
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with electrical systems, circuit boards, and wiring harnesses
Develop and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, reduce costs, and uphold quality
Support root cause analysis (RCA), FMEA, and corrective actions for defects or failures
Interface with suppliers to secure high-quality materials and components
Apply CAD tools (Altium, AutoCAD Electrical, OrCAD) for schematic validation and design optimization
Drive Lean Manufacturing practices and design for manufacturability/testability (DFM/DFT)
Prepare technical documentation, test procedures, and production reports

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
Strong understanding of electrical design principles, system integration, and hardware verification
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and production challenges
Familiarity with aerospace/defense compliance standards and ITAR/export control requirements
Excellent communication skills—capable of translating complex technical details into clear, actionable insights
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant engineering software tools
Hands-on experience in manufacturing or test environments preferred
