Manage daily inquiries from technical support issues
Create tickets for technical issues
Quickly communicate solutions to customers
Collaborate across internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience
Help refine internal processes
Contribute to the optimization of support strategies
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in SaaS or subscription plan business models
Strong working knowledge of Stripe, PayPal, Excel, Slack, Jira/Asana
Comfort managing a high volume of daily inbound inquiries
Proficiency in Technical Support and Analytical Skills to troubleshoot problems and identify patterns in customer feedback
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer-focused roles preferred
