Responsibilities
Oversee daily domestic wire processing with strong accuracy and control
Manage verification, authorizations, dual control, exception handling, and reconciliation
Investigate discrepancies, fraud concerns, and regulatory issues
Partner with Security, Risk/Compliance, Retail Banking, and Operations
Lead and coach staff; maintain performance standards and operating rhythm
Improve workflows, update SOPs, and support technology-driven enhancements
Produce monthly performance and volume reports
Qualification
Required
End‐to‐end domestic wire processing experience
Leadership or officer‐level experience in banking operations
Strong understanding of wire risk, compliance, and audit readiness
Minimum 5 years in banking operations + 1 year supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to manage deadlines in a fast‐paced environment
Must pass background screening (fingerprinting + credit)
Preferred
Experience improving operational workflows and controls
Strong communication across branches, customer care, and leadership
Ability to assess processes and build improvement plans
