They are seeking an Inside Sales & Application Specialist to estimate, review blueprint drawings, conduct take-offs, and generate proposals for Plan & Spec or Design Build projects.

Responsibilities
Become proficient with Applied Products, Mitsubishi residential, light commercial and VRF commercial product lines (Training to be provided)
Review drawings and related project data to determine scope of work, provide design support, and generate quotes/budgets as necessary
Utilize BlueBeam take-off program (Training to be provided)
Utilize Salesforce CRM program for project and quote creation (Training to be provided)
Provide full quote support to sales team in the Mitsubishi Product Division, Homans Associates personnel as requested, and for our customer base
Manage the project queue with the estimating team to process project workflow
Qualification
Required
