TechLink Systems, Inc. is a national provider of staffing services with a focus on supporting clients' staffing needs. They are seeking a Warehouse Picker Packer to load, unload, and move materials, as well as prepare orders for shipping and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Loads, unloads and moves materials (crates, boxes and raw materials) within or near plant, yard or work site
Reads and follows work orders and/or oral instructions and uses hand tools to open containers
Transports materials using handtruck, electric dolly, wheelbarrow or other equipment
Accurately prepare orders for shipping to customer sites according to process
Label and meter packages with various freight systems
Packages orders to include pick list from the box, and filling in open spaces and packs materials according to specifications or knowledge of shipping practices to prepare the package for labeling and distribution to the customer
Process orders using the SAP system
Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse
Daily preparations for the following days distribution activities
Support all Divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Health Systems (EHS), and other regulatory requirements
Will perform this job in a quality system environment. Failure to adequately perform tasks can result in noncompliance with governmental regulations
Qualification
Required
1 to 3 years of experience in relevant field
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Basic computer skills are required
Able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to work overtime as the business requires to include Holidays and weekends
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance
