Information Technology
Responsibilities
Assist with enterprise-wide rollout of NinjaOne
Transition deployment packages from SCCM to NinjaOne
Work primarily in Windows environments , with some Mac, Linux, and Android exposure
Automate routine tasks and deployment workflows
Coordinate with onsite help desk teams for any hands-on actions
Identify and remediate vulnerabilities in third‑party applications
Create and deploy custom scripts (PowerShell, Bash)
Collaborate with teams across multiple locations
Maintain documentation and ensure security compliance
Qualification
Required
Experience with NinjaOne, SCCM, Intune, or Autopilot
Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Bash
Familiarity with vulnerability management and patching workflows
Strong communication skills with distributed or hybrid teams
Ability to work independently with remote collaboration tools
