Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage a portfolio of complex, system-focused programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives
Develop and implement standards and strategies to enable scalable processes for systems and cross-functional partners
Prioritize initiatives and allocate resources based on strategic relevance, potential benefits, risks, and available capacity
Develop and maintain multi-year roadmaps, investment strategies, and success criteria for the systems programs and portfolio
Define, plan, and manage all aspects of program delivery, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
Serve as the single point of contact for all portfolio and program stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and external partners
Manage communications, reporting, and status updates to ensure transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks across the portfolio and individual programs
Plan and manage resources (people, budget, vendors) across the portfolio to maximize value and efficiency
Track and report on program status, budget utilization, forecast needs, and ensure cost-effective delivery

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline) or equivalent experience
Proven success in managing multiple, cross-functional programs or portfolios simultaneously
Proven success in systems development, integration, and lifecycle management
Proven success with risk management, data analytics, stakeholder management (including change management), reporting, budget tracking, and vendor management
Proven success with leading and influencing cross-functional teams, including technical and business stakeholders
Proven success in developing and executing multi-year roadmaps and interdependent systems strategies
Proven success in delivering training, support, and consultation to a wide array of stakeholders
Proven success in implementing best practices, measurable process improvements, and operational efficiencies
Proven success in translating business requirements into technical deliverables and ensuring success within and between phases
Demonstrated expertise in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), with experience managing complex programs or portfolios across multiple SDLC phases and methodologies

Preferred

Advanced degree in a related field
Experience in large-scale, global data center design or construction organizations
Experience with industry-standard design and construction platforms, such as Oracle P6, Oracle Unifier, Autodesk ACC, and Google Workspace
