Responsibilities
Modify, design, develop, and maintain .NET applications on a daily basis
Design and modify database model objects including:
Tables
Views
Indexes
Develop and execute ad-hoc SQL queries to support reporting and operational needs
Provide analytical support for:
System incidents
Enhancements
Operational efficiencies
Process defect tickets to correct errors within required timeframes
Manage release and change tickets based on departmental priorities
Document technical objects, business requirements, and system processes
Perform application and system testing to ensure changes meet user requirements
Maintain compliance with all data security and confidentiality policies
Qualification
Required
.NET Development Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience with: Object-oriented development, Web technologies, XML / HTML, Microsoft .NET, MS SQL Server
Minimum 5 years of experience using version control tools
Minimum 5 years of experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
Minimum 3 years of experience developing and managing Crystal Reports
MS SQL Database Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in: SQL programming (stored procedures, triggers, functions), Data modeling and database design, Performance tuning in high-performance environments
Preferred
Experience working in government or public health systems
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple tickets and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication
