This role involves transforming client needs into beautiful, functional storage solutions while managing projects from consultation to final design presentation.
Design
Responsibilities
Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to assess storage needs, lifestyle goals, and budget constraints
Create innovative 2D and 3D renderings using our best-in-industry software. Paid training is available during the ramp-up phase
Present design proposals, select materials and finishes, and manage your sales pipeline to meet or exceed monthly targets
Take precise site measurements and account for obstacles like wall outlets or access panels to ensure error-free installations
Partner with production and installation teams to ensure the final product meets design specifications and client expectations
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in custom closet design
Advanced skills in closet design software such as Cabinet Vision, ClosetPro, or similar CAD-based platforms
Proven ability to close deals in a consultative, B2C environment
Meticulous approach to measurements and material specifications to minimize rework
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously
Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation for client site visits
