Qualification
Required
Skilled in the completion of contents Pack Outs
Assists the project management staff in responsibilities that relate to the execution of warehouse management
Pack outs, contents assessment, content and structural cleaning and deodorization
Transportation of contents/materials
Communication with property owners
Disassembly and assembly of basic furniture and appliances
Packing, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture (must be able to lift 50-75 pounds)
Clean homes after construction
