Edit high-performance paid ads for Meta, Instagram, and YouTube
Design clean motion graphics, kinetic typography, and modern animations
Combine footage, b-roll, UI, text, and graphics into polished brand-level creative
Iterate quickly based on performance data and testing
Maintain a consistent, premium visual style across all content
Help shape the creative direction and brand aesthetic as we scale
Qualification
Required
Strong portfolio of modern, high-end ad creative (not basic caption videos)
Skilled in motion graphics and animation — not just cutting clips
Expert in Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
Strong design eye for typography, spacing, composition, and pacing
Understands performance marketing and what makes ads convert
Able to take direction but also bring creative ideas and ownership
Fast, reliable communicator who can ship consistently
