As an Industry Lead, you will originate, manage, and execute sell-side advisory engagements for small and lower middle-market businesses, focusing on relationship development and transaction judgment.

Responsibilities
Source and develop relationships with business owners considering a sale or liquidity event
Advise founders on valuation, timing, positioning, and exit readiness
Manage client relationships through the full lifecycle of an engagement
Coordinate buyer communications, NDAs, indications of interest, and negotiations
Support diligence, LOI execution, and closing processes
Build a personal brand through social media and digital channels to generate inbound interest
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, business brokerage, or corporate finance
Relevant industry experience required
Strong financial literacy and comfort reviewing business financials
Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable owning outcomes
Social media savvy with comfort building a professional online presence
Familiar with outbound sales, CRM systems, and digital lead generation
