Qualification

Customer service experienceContact center experienceHealthcare environment experienceHigh school diploma/GED

Required

High school diploma / GED required (Verified as part of compliance)
2+ years of customer service experience (If coming from a retail environment I'd like to see a progression in the role)
Or
2+ years of contact center experience preferable in a healthcare environment
