Responsibilities
Provide daily desktop PC deployment experience and desktop support
Provide quality phone support to hospital staff in a 24/7 environment on all company supported applications
Documentation, tracking and monitoring all support requests and incidents and other peripherals used in the company as well as related telecommunications systems
Basic troubleshooting for Windows and Apple devices, basic troubleshooting of mobile devices, network troubleshooting and Microsoft applications
Desktop Refresh-has knowledge in building computers, deploying, following through with the build to make sure we don’t have repeat visits, one and done if you will
Experience with having done refresh projects or large-scale deployment projects
SCCM Imaging - we’re looking for general imaging knowledge and how to add groups and such, as well as the same with Active Directory

Ability to type a min 20 words/min

Deploying Devices
Minimum Qualifications, 3 years of experience
Education: High School Diploma
Required Job Qualifications: iPhones Build and Deploy, Desktop Refresh, SCCM MECM Imaging, Deploying Devices, Active Directory
Preferred
Networking skills (Cisco Telecom, VLAN, Port Patching, Akkadian)
AV Systems (Lenovo Hubs)
iPhone/iPad support (JAMF) - it would JAMF experience would be nice but not required, it'd mostly be working with other teams to build the phones assemble and deploy
Desktop Refresh - experience with having done refresh projects or large-scale deployment projects would definitely be a plus
