This role involves acting as the primary contact for consumers during the loan origination process and ensuring efficient workflows across the Mortgage Fulfillment team.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound/outbound consumer calls and high‑volume inquiries
Manage a loan pipeline and complete routine data entry
Communicate via calls, emails, and chats with consumers, employees, and authorized third parties
Qualification
Required
Strong detail orientation, independence, and time management
Solid problem‑solving, math, and communication skills
Preferred
Mortgage/financial call center experience preferred
Basic understanding of mortgage regulations a plus
