Responsibilities
Provide first‑level technical support to end users, assisting with basic hardware, software, and access issues
Troubleshoot common IT problems and resolve incidents or service requests in a timely manner
Log, track, and document support requests using a ticketing system, ensuring accurate and complete information
Communicate clearly with end users to understand technical issues and provide status updates
Escalate more complex issues to IT staff or specialized teams as needed
Support users onsite at local Vermont locations when required
Follow documented processes and procedures while learning new systems and tools
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in a Help Desk, Service Desk, or IT support role
Experience working with a ticketing system
Basic troubleshooting skills and a willingness to learn new technologies
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment
