Responsibilities
Configure/build and continuously improve continuous integration/continuous deployment or development (CI/CD) pipelines
Develop solutions for application infrastructure monitoring and automated release deployment procedures
Support and facilitate software development lifecycle of a distributed application responsible for processing high volumes of data, with business critical uptime and throughput requirements
Continuously enhance monitoring, alerting, and traceability of the application components
Perform configuration of middleware components
Facilitate operations of L2 support team
Qualification
Required
Fundamental understanding and proficiency in Unix/Linux OS, networking concepts, and hardware topologies
Fundamental understanding of cloud engineering
Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle
Fundamental understanding of encryption, IT security, and Public Key Infrastructure model
Proficiency with Kubernetes/Docker
Configure/build and continuously improve continuous integration/continuous deployment or development (CI/CD) pipelines
Develop solutions for application infrastructure monitoring and automated release deployment procedures
Support and facilitate software development lifecycle of a distributed application responsible for processing high volumes of data, with business critical uptime and throughput requirements
Continuously enhance monitoring, alerting, and traceability of the application components
Perform configuration of middleware components
Facilitate operations of L2 support team
Preferred
Proficiency in Terraform and knowledge of Google Cloud is a plus
Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
Experience with Messaging services, such as Kafka/MQ
