Office Services and HR Specialist

The Office Services and HR Specialist will support company objectives for Operations, People, Internal Communications, and Human Resources, overseeing critical HR functions and office facilities management.

Responsibilities
Administrator for several critical human resources functions and workforce management, including recruiting, employee/labor relations, health and safety, benefits, training, diversity, employee engagement, leave and attendance tracking, and employee records
Facilitates and communicates organizational policies and programs and ensures labor law and regulatory compliance
Works with ERGs
Owner of our Office Facilities, plan and coordinate office-wide facilities maintenance, space planning, moves, equipment installations, and other events or projects with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor inventory and place orders for office equipment, supplies, or provisions
Manage or administer department accounting processes including budgeting, invoice processing, expense reports, reimbursements, petty cash, and time tracking for events and purchases
Owner of the candidate-to-employee experience journey
Employee onboarding and compliance training
Departmental Project Task owner
Perform company database or system administration tasks, including data input, reporting, user support, and upgrades
Execution of internal company communications and manages the company intranet
Resolve day-to-day problems and coordinate with stakeholders to obtain solutions
Perform and oversee various administrative functions and processes
Act as the organization's point person for outside vendors and service providers
Display high-level organization skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills and a high attention to detail
Supports the IT Specialist through basic IT support assistance
Qualification
Required
