Responsibilities
Designs and implements data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks Notebooks for processes including Ingestion, PriceAsPromised, and Digital Refunds
Provides Python code reviews and technical guidance for Data Domain and RPA automation solutions
Supports the ColdFusion Refactor Team by reviewing vendor REACT code submissions and actively using Claude Code to modernize legacy ColdFusion applications
Collaborates effectively with product teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver solutions
Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience designing and implementing data integration solutions using Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Databricks Notebooks for end-to-end pipelines (ingestion and downstream processing use cases such as pricing and refunds)
Strong Python expertise, including conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance across data engineering and automation (including RPA solutions)
Hands-on experience modernizing legacy applications, including reviewing React code submissions, supporting refactor efforts (e.g., ColdFusion modernization), and effectively leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) to accelerate modernization safely
Demonstrated ability to partner with product teams and stakeholders to troubleshoot complex technical issues, drive root cause resolution, and deliver production-ready solutions
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
