Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end construction projects from planning to handover
Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, and vendors
Oversee site execution, quality control, and safety compliance
Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Review drawings, permits, BOQs, and construction documents
Conduct site inspections and progress meetings
Track project risks and resolve execution issues promptly
Manage vendor billing and payment coordination
Prepare and share weekly project status reports with leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering / Architecture
2โ15+ years of experience in US construction project management
Strong knowledge of US residential construction and ADU projects
Experience with US permits, inspections, and compliance standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Valid US work authorization
Preferred
ADU project experience (California preferred)
Experience working with builders, developers, or GC firms
PMP certification (a plus)
