Responsibilities
Uphold all ISO, quality, and regulatory standards related to production quality, quality assurance, and supplier quality
Create, maintain, and update quality engineering protocols and audit tracking systems with aligned audit schedules
Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities to eliminate non-conformance recurrence
Monitor, communicate, and improve KPIs including DPPM, cost reduction, and waste
Report quality issues and activities within the quality management system
Recommend and support process improvements across manufacturing and quality operations
Collaborate with new product development teams to update blueprints, drawings, and schematics for compliance and simplification
Participate in internal and external quality audits, projects, and special assignments
Assist with customer complaint investigations and ensure timely, accurate resolution
Support the Engineering Manager and Quality Manager with departmental strategy and execution
Ensure adherence to company quality, health, and safety regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
5+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment
3+ years of direct experience managing ISO 13485 quality standards (non-negotiable)
Experience with GD&T and precision measuring tools such as calipers
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, designs, drawings, and schematics
Working knowledge of Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver
Positive leader with strong collaboration and communication skills
