Responsibilities
Process payments for raw materials, supplies, and freight, ensuring costs are accurately coded to appropriate General Ledger accounts
Oversee three-way match in software
Investigate and resolve issues related to quantity, price, or quality, including issuing debit/credit memos for returned or damaged goods
Communicate with suppliers regarding payment status, statement reconciliation, and payment terms
Assist with reconciling the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger
Qualification
Required
Must Have Manufacturing Industy Experience
Accounts payable experience in the manufacturing industry
Ability to work onsite in LaVergne
