We’re building a creator-led growth channel across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar platforms. The opportunity is real — what’s missing is a single owner who treats this like a business, not a side project
This role owns the entire affiliate funnel end-to-end, with one clear goal: Generate $10k/month in net new MRR within 90 days while meeting CAC and payback thresholds
You will own... Full performance ownership of the creator affiliate channel: Sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding creators Activating them quickly with clear expectations Iterating based on what actually converts Scaling what works, cutting what doesn’t
Creator outbound across relevant platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels High-volume early, increasingly selective over time
Revenue accountability: You are responsible for MRR output and efficiency Success is measured in dollars, not activity
Light creative enablement: Sharing Looms, examples, hooks, and positioning Giving direct feedback to creators on what’s working Collaborating with the team on creative insights (but not owning company-wide creative strategy)
You will not own Attribution or tracking infrastructure Core brand or creative strategy Product or pricing decisions (You’ll influence all of these through performance signal.)
